Calfus is seeking an experienced Oracle Financial Business Analyst to implement, optimize, and maintain Oracle modules across AP, AR, OM, and GL. The role emphasizes the Order-to-Cash cycle and seamless integration within our ERP ecosystem, with locations in Seattle, WA or Burbank, CA.

The candidate will collaborate with stakeholders, drive enhancements, and deliver training while ensuring ITAR compliance and high data integrity.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience with Oracle Financials on EBS.
• Proven experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Oracle modules: AP, AR, GL, CM, OM, Pricing & Shipping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
• Project management experience and Agile methodologies.

Job Title: Oracle Financial Business Analyst

Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to controlled data or information and therefore only US persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).

Location: Seattle, WA or Burbank, CA

Position Overview:

The Oracle Financial Business Analyst will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the following Oracle modules: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Oracle Projects, Order Management, and General Ledger (GL).

This role requires a deep understanding of the Order-to-Cash cycle, along with financial modules such as AP and GL within the Oracle on-premises environment. The Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to maximize operational efficiency and ensure seamless integration across departments.

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement with Oracle Order Management and Financials solutions.
• Manage the Oracle AR, AP, and GL modules to meet operational business requirements
• Manage modules that are closely integrated with Finance like Projects and Order Management.
• Work on enhancements and value additions in these modules for increased optimization and user experience
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure systems meet performance expectations.
• Develop and deliver training sessions for users and stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across departments.
• Create detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in the above Oracle modules

On Your First Day, We'll Expect You to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience working with Oracle Financials applications on EBS.
• Proven experience in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting and implementing various Oracle modules: AP, AR, GL, CM, OM, Pricing & Shipping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Expertise with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Cloud
• Knowledge of business process analysis and system integration.
• Project management skills and experience with Agile methodologies.

• Experience with associated modules like Inventory, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
• Experience in presales activities like proposal creation, commercials and fit-gap analysis.

Compensation:

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000–$170,000.

Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, education, skills, and certifications.
