Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Oracle Services Technology to influence business strategies and translate requirements into technical specifications. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver robust system architectures using Oracle solutions.

You will lead engagements, manage client relationships, and guide project teams through complex NetSuite-driven transformations, ensuring quality and risk controls are embedded throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience as a NetSuite solution architect or in leading engagements.
• Experience designing end-to-end processes across NetSuite suites (SuiteFinancials, SuitePeople, SuiteAnalystics, SuiteProjects, etc.).
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams as leader and individual contributor.

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
