Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Oracle Services Technology who will translate business requirements into technical specifications and design effective system architectures. You will lead engagements, manage client relationships, and drive delivery of complex NetSuite-based solutions.

You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage budgets, and oversee program economics while guiding pursuit activities and solution architecture decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of NetSuite solution architect experience leading engagements.
• Experience designing end-to-end processes across NetSuite modules (SuiteFinancials, SuitePeople, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteProjects, Supply Chain, Manufacturing).
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal/external teams as leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Ability to travel 60%+ to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Leading and supporting pursuit and proposal activity.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
