Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Specialist to support the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. You will drive design and delivery for Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and project goals.

The role requires deep Hyperion expertise, strong scripting abilities, and prior leadership of distributed development teams. The candidate will influence technical direction and work within a dynamic, globally connected

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE.
• Deep knowledge of Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Extensive experience with Essbase design, calc scripts, and ASO/BSO storage.
• Proficiency in batch scripting and building pipelines for scheduled jobs.
• Strong SQL Server skills including stored procedures, schema design, and SSIS.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specs and design deliverables.
• Maintain effective communication within the team and with project leadership.
• Produce high-quality engineering deliverables on time.
• Build and evaluate project designs to detailed specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and lead developers across locations.
• Lead a team of developers across multiple time zones.
