Spectraforce Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Reporting Analyst/Financial BI Technical Specialist to be based in Chicago, IL, with onsite or hybrid work arrangements.

You will analyze complex business problems and develop EPM reporting solutions for product, member, provider, regulatory and enterprise strategies. You will design and maintain reports using Oracle EPM, Narrative Reporting, SmartView and related tools, lead reporting efforts for PBCS, PCMS, FCCS, and EDM, and collaborate with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EPM reporting tools (Reports, Narrative, SmartView).
• Experience in Fusion ERP analytics (FAW), FRS (ERP), BI Publisher (ERP) is a plus.
• PowerBI or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in finance and healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop reports within Oracle EPM & ERP SaaS Cloud.
• Lead reporting in EPM with emphasis on Narrative reporting, PBCS, PCMS, Fin Consolidation & Close, Account Reconciliation, EDM.
• Design reports using Reports, Narrative Reporting, SmartView, Dashboards for Account Reconciliation & FCCS.
• Provide guidance on industry trends and new technologies to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver self-service and custom reporting solutions.
• Plan and manage multiple reports of varying priority.
• Create and maintain design documents for reporting deliverables.
• Train team members on EPM reporting capabilities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Math, Economics, or Finance
