Job summary

VIVA USA Inc. in Chicago is seeking a Sr. Reporting Analyst to analyze complex business problems and develop reporting solutions for product, member, provider, and enterprise initiatives.

The role requires hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM/ERP reporting tools, including Reports, Narrative, and SmartView, with experience in PBCS, Fin Consolidation, and EDM. Cross-functional collaboration will be key to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in Enterprise Oracle EPM reporting tools (Reports, Narrative, SmartView) is a must.
• Experience in Fusion ERP analytics (FAW), FRS (ERP), BI Publisher (ERP) is a plus.
• Experience in PowerBI or other analytics tools is a plus.
• Experience in Free Form/Groovy is a plus.
• Experience in finance and healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems and develop reporting solutions for clients.
• Lead reporting design and development using Oracle EPM and ERP cloud.
• Design, develop, and maintain reports within Oracle EPM & ERP SaaS Cloud.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver self-service and custom reporting.
• Provide guidance to senior management on industry trends and new technologies.
