Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst/Functional/Techno‑Functional in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on Oracle EPM EDMCS experience: metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, properties.
• Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting for automation tasks.
• Experience supporting EDMCS integrations and metadata synchronization across systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills across finance, business, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with finance, accounting, operations and technology stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into scalable EDMCS designs to enhance governance and reporting.
• Design and maintain EDMCS dimensions, hierarchies, properties, viewpoints, subscriptions, and workflows.
• Analyze metadata governance and EPM processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for metadata loads, synchronization, and validations.
• Collaborate on API‑based and file‑based EDMCS integrations.
• Coordinate and support UAT, create BRDs, specs, and test plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices for EDMCS delivery.
