Job summary

Saransh Inc in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Business Analyst with deep Oracle EPM EDMCS expertise to support finance transformation. You will partner with finance and IT to analyze master data requirements, design EDMCS solutions, and improve data governance and reporting accuracy.

The role is hybrid (3 days onsite) with no travel, focusing on translating business objectives into EDMCS configurations, leading workshops, documenting BRDs, and guiding testing and implementation to ensure data

Qualifications

8–12 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM EDMCS including metadata, dimension and hierarchy management, properties, viewpoints, subscriptions, and workflow-driven governance.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Translate business needs into scalable Oracle EPM EDMCS designs to enhance data governance and reporting.
Analyze existing EDMCS processes, hierarchies, metadata, and governance models to identify optimization opportunities.
Design and maintain EDMCS dimensions, hierarchies, properties, viewpoints, and workflows.
