Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Principal for the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. You will lead Essbase design, implement Hyperion Planning solutions, and drive complex automation using MAXL, Groovy, and REST APIs.

The role requires 13+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience, strong financial planning knowledge, and proven leadership across multi-location teams. Alpharetta, GA-based with US hours; on-site preference noted.

Qualifications

• Over 13 years of hands-on experience gathering requirements and designing Oracle Cloud services in EPM/GCP ecosystems.
• Extensive expertise in Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FDMEE and Hyperion Financial Reporting.
• Strong understanding of multidimensional concepts and complex Essbase design.
• Experience with batch scripting using epmautomate, CLI and MAXL; REST API and Groovy scripting.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements and design deliverables into technical specs.
• Maintain clear communication with team, leadership and other IT groups; escalate issues to PM when needed.
• Produce high-quality application engineering deliverables aligned with project timelines.
• Build and evaluate a project to detailed design specifications.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff and lead developers across locations.
