Job summary
EY is seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Engineer to support the Global Planning & Budgeting portfolio. You will work with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE, designing and implementing complex Essbase solutions across global deployments.
The role requires strong SQL, batch scripting, and automation skills, with leadership responsibilities across geographically dispersed teams. Alpharetta, GA availability during US Eastern hours is expected.
Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud including OCI IaaS/PaaS and Essbase.
- Strong knowledge of Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reports.
- Experience with large, complex Essbase design and development.
- Proficiency in all Essbase areas: outline design, Calc Script, MaxL, ASO/BSO storage.
- Experience in batch scripting, Rest-API, groovy, and Java for automation.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
- Maintain clear communication with team, leadership, and other IT groups.
- Produce high-quality engineering deliverables within project timelines.
- Build and evaluate projects to detailed design specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering staff.
- Lead a team of developers across multiple locations/time zones.
