Job summary

EY seeks an experienced Oracle EPM specialist in Alpharetta, GA. The role focuses on Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE within a global planning and budgeting portfolio.

You will translate requirements into technical specs, lead engineers across time zones, and deliver high-quality solutions on schedule. The ideal candidate has 10–15 years with Oracle EPM, strong Calc scripts/MaxL, and API-driven automation.

Qualifications

• Extensive Oracle EPM experience including Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE.
• Deep knowledge of Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Strong understanding of multidimensional concepts and large Essbase deployments.
• Experience with global Oracle EPM implementations and finance processes.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (MAXL, epmautomate, REST API, Groovy).

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver technical systems in the Oracle EPM space.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs.
• Lead a distributed team of developers across locations/time zones.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance within EY's engineering teams.
• Ensure compliance with architectural principles and project standards.
• Support production transitions and create thorough documentation.
