Job summary

EY is seeking a senior Oracle EPM engineer in Alpharetta, GA to lead design and implementation of Hyperion Planning, Essbase and associated EPM components.

You will translate requirements into technical specs, maintain strong cross-team communication, and deliver high-quality solutions while guiding a team across multiple locations. On-site role with industry-leading compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud EPM design and implementation.
• Proficiency in Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.x, FDMEE, Hyperion Financial Reports.
• Deep understanding of multidimensional concepts.
• Extensive Essbase design and development experience.
• Expertise in Essbase outline, Calc/MaxL, Report scripts.
• Batch scripts with epmautomate, CLI, MAXL.
• Scripting via Rest-API, Groovy and Java.
• Pipelines to trigger hourly, weekly and nightly schedules.
• Groovy for EPBCS flex forms and business rules.
• Experience in Hyperion Forms, Task Lists, menus and Smart Lists.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements, design deliverables and solution architecture into technical specs.
• Maintain clear communication within team and with leadership, raising issues when needed.
• Produce high quality engineering deliverables per project timeline.
• Build and unit test project to design specs.
• Provide technical guidance to engineering staff.
• Lead a team of developers across locations/time zones.
