Job summary

Airbnb, Inc. is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support Oracle EPM planning, AI automation, and finance workflows within BizTech.

You will focus on building scalable AI-enabled solutions and partner with Finance and Tech to enable automated forecasting and reporting. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle Hyperion/EPM, EPM Cloud, SQL, and data integration, plus a passion for AI-driven process transformation in finance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion/EPM with at least 2 years in EPM Cloud.
• 3+ years supporting finance functions with strong financial statement literacy.
• Hands-on experience building AI automation and AI agents.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and ad-hoc analysis.
• Experience integrating Oracle EPM with ERP via middleware.

Responsibilities

• Support design, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle EPM Planning modules.
• Develop and maintain business rules and calc scripts using Groovy.
• Assist data flows with AWS data warehouse, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Workday.
• Manage monthly Oracle patch cycle and regression testing.
• Automate FP&A processes with AI agents and native EPM AI capabilities.
