Lateral Insights is seeking an experienced Oracle eBusiness Suite Programmer Analyst to join a senior development team in Richmond, VA. You will translate requirements into robust application solutions, support daily operations, and contribute to Agile development practices.

Ideal candidates will comfortably work independently and in a team, adhere to coding standards, and document work thoroughly for turnover. This full-time role requires onsite presence three days a week.

Qualifikationen

• Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2+ on Linux servers (OCI) with 8+ years of experience.
• EBS development across AP, GL, and Purchasing (8+ years).
• iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor modules (8+ years).
• Oracle Developer Suite (Forms/Reports), JDeveloper, Workflow Builder, PL/SQL (8+ years).
• Systems analysis and design (8+ years).
• Visio, SharePoint, and Office applications (8+ years).
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities (8+ years).
• Verbal and written communication skills (8+ years).
• Independent and collaborative work capability (8+ years).
• Azure DevOps (Desired).
• VA Cardinal HR or related systems (Desired).
• Power BI reports and dashboards (Desired).

Aufgaben

• Execute application development for Oracle eBusiness Suite 12.2+ including AP, GL, Purchasing, iRecruitment, HR, and Time & Labor modules.
• Gather and analyze business requirements to develop programs using Oracle standards and tools.
• Perform complex system administration, maintenance and support for production systems.
• Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and implement programs and systems.
• Develop and execute unit and system testing and support user acceptance testing.
• Define input and output requirements and turnover of program changes to production.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
