Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst – Finance Systems to support a leading lumber company in North America from an on-site Memphis location. You will act as a functional SME for Oracle EBS R12 (Finance) and collaborate with Finance and Technology teams to optimize critical financial processes.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, designing enhancements, managing R2R and P2P cycles, and ensuring audit/compliance controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience.
• 5+ years supporting Oracle Finance, Record-to-Report, and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Strong experience with General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
• Experience with Purchasing, Inventory, approval workflows, and financial period close.
• Demonstrated experience independently configuring, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS production environments.
• Experience with financial reporting, banking integrations, interfaces, security responsibilities, and access governance.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, audit requirements, segregation of duties, and compliance.
• Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain-intensive environments.
• Experience supporting a publicly traded organization within audit and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, or comparable delivery/support tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with both Finance and Technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a functional SME for Oracle EBS R12, supporting General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Purchasing, and Inventory.
• Lead requirements gathering and translate complex finance requirements into functional designs, configurations, enhancements, integrations, reports, and workflows.
• Support and optimize Record-to-Report and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop long-term solutions.
• Support critical month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
• Lead functional testing, including system integration testing and UAT.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and better leverage standard Oracle EBS functionality.
• Ensure solutions meet financial control, audit, security, and compliance requirements.
• Partner with Finance and Technology stakeholders while providing functional guidance and mentorship to other team members.
