Job summary

HireDirectNow is conducting a confidential search for a Senior Oracle EBS Functional Analyst focused on Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA, Cash Management) to support a North American manufacturer and distributor, headquartered in Ontario, CA. The role is hybrid after an initial on-site period.

You will work with Finance, guide process improvements, and lead projects like EBS upgrades and standardization, while maintaining production support and stakeholder alignment; residency in California required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on EBS finance depth in AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
• Enough suite literacy to follow a transaction across modules
• Prior EBS implementation or major upgrade experience, plus live production support with business users
• The judgment to influence stakeholders without being heavy-handed
• Ability to work on-site in Ontario, California for the first 30 days, then hybrid (Mon/Tue/Thu in office; Wed/Fri remote) with extra on-site days when needed
• California residency and a workable commute to the Inland Empire HQ
