Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years Oracle EBS technical development experience.
• 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12+).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers.
• Oversee custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE).
• Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure SOX, security, and data governance compliance.
