Helmerich & Payne, Inc. in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance technical lead. You will design, develop, and deploy EBS solutions, lead a team of developers, and ensure SOX compliance and data governance across GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.

Qualifications include 10+ years of Oracle EBS technical development, 5+ years in a lead role, and strong expertise in SQL/PLSQL, OA Framework, and RICE components. In-person work requirement in Tulsa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
• Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
• Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.
• Hands-on experience with RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Proven experience in EBS R12 upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead the technical design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12 and later).
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and project timelines.
• Manage system configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
• Collaborate with functional leads to support Oracle EBS Financial modules, including: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA.
• Lead and support EBS upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures.
• Ensure compliance with SOX, security, and data governance standards in financial systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize Oracle EBS performance, automation, and scalability.

What you will do:
