Senior Oracle EBS Functional Analyst — Finance

$118,450 – $169,950 total compensation | No bonus | Full-time

HireDirectNow is running a confidential search for a Senior Oracle EBS Functional Analyst supporting finance at a well-established North American manufacturing and distribution company headquartered in Ontario, CA.

This is Oracle E-Business Suite — not a Fusion implementation.

The core seat is finance: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. Adjacent modules (Procure-to-Pay and other EBS areas) matter at a working-knowledge level and can be learned here. You do not need to be the expert in every module on the suite map.

The mix is roughly one-third time with internal customers, one-third keeping the current finance footprint stable, and the rest on project work — including an EBS version upgrade, training the business to use standard Oracle instead of extra customizations, and longer-range cloud thinking. Cloud is a multi-year path, not the job on day one.

The hiring manager wants someone who can sit with Finance, explain a better path, and leave the room with a decision. Independence matters. After a short runway you will be expected to lead a defined project, not wait for daily tasking.

Pay and process

Posted good-faith range: $118,450 – $169,950 total compensation. No bonus. Offer depends on finance-module depth and how independently you work.
