Job summary

Leupold and Stevens is seeking a Sr. Oracle EBS Business Analyst for Manufacturing & Planning to lead ERP, planning, and supply chain solutions. You will manage requirements, SDLC deliverables, and data-driven decisions using Oracle E-Business Suite.

Candidates should bring 5+ years of ERP experience in discrete manufacturing, strong SQL/PLSQL skills, and proficiency with Power BI. A base salary range is offered with strong benefits, including training and 401(k) contributions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus extensive SDLC experience across IT projects.
Minimum 5+ years hands-on ERP experience in manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite and planning tools.
Experience with data modeling, requirements elicitation, and SDLC artifacts.

Responsibilities

Support full lifecycle IT projects using SDLC methods in manufacturing settings.
Lead requirements gathering with engineers, planning, procurement, and cost accounting teams.
Document functional and technical specs, process flows, and test plans.
Enable data-driven decisions using Oracle EBS data models and Power BI.
Collaborate to resolve stakeholder conflicts and define best-practice approaches.
