Crane Aerospace and Electronics in Lynnwood, WA seeks an Oracle ERP Manufacturing IT Product Analyst to develop, test, support, and maintain Oracle manufacturing modules across BOM, WIP, routing, inventory, costing, and MES.

The role requires 7+ years with Oracle EBS R12 in discrete manufacturing, strong SQL skills, and excellent communication to translate business needs into scalable solutions. Expect collaboration across sites and potential on-call support.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing experience (BOM, WIP, Routing, Inventory, Costing).
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting Oracle interface tables.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills translating business requirements into effective system solutions.

• Collaborate with business users and technical teams to design, configure, implement, and maintain Oracle manufacturing modules and related solutions.
• Enhance and extend Oracle ERP/Cloud application capabilities to support evolving business and manufacturing operations.
• Build and support a strong user and superuser community through training, documentation, and guidance.
• Develop, test, modify, and troubleshoot Oracle applications using appropriate tools and technologies to meet functional requirements.
• Respond to enhancement requests and resolve break/fix issues promptly in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Gather and document requirements for new applications or changes; coordinate data mapping, testing, verification, and training across sites.
• Provide level‑2 support for deployed solutions and assist with planning and implementation of new systems or upgrades.
• Independently manage complex implementations and small to midsize projects, including mentoring less experienced team members.
