Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Technical Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. Responsibilities include writing PL/SQL scripts, configuring modules, and troubleshooting issues, with emphasis on data migration and integrations.

Key duties cover development and customization within Oracle EBS, interfaces for data migration, and technical support to ensure client requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL and Oracle EBS development tools.
• Strong understanding of EBS architecture and business requirements.
• Experience in building and customizing Oracle EBS modules using PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, and OAF.
• Experience with data migration, interfaces, CLM, POs, and budgeting.
• Familiarity with Oracle 12.2.x application schema and ability to create queries.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute for up to 36 credit hours.

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Oracle EBS: design, develop, and maintain custom solutions, reports, extensions, and workflows.
• Build and maintain data migration interfaces and integrations with external systems (XML Publisher, APIs).
• Provide day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Perform system analysis, upgrades, and ensure performance and data integrity.
• Test and debug RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of development processes and solutions.
