Job summary

SMX is seeking accomplished Technical Associates to develop, customize, and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite applications. You will write PL/SQL scripts, configure modules, and troubleshoot issues while supporting business processes and data migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience; postgraduate study may substitute for experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, AME and Oracle EBS development tools; strong EBS architecture knowledge.
• Experience with data migration, integrations, and Oracle APEX reporting.
• Experience with Oracle 12.2.x schema and ability to create queries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
• Experience in Projects, Purchasing, CLM and budgeting.
• Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, and OAF.

Responsibilities

• Development and customization: Design and develop custom applications, reports, extensions, and workflows within Oracle EBS to meet business needs.
• Integration: Build and maintain interfaces for data migration and integration with other systems, often using tools like XML Publisher or APIs.
• Technical support: Provide day-to-day support, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis for the Oracle EBS environment.
• System administration: Perform system analysis, conduct upgrades, and ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity.
• Testing: Perform functional testing and debugging of RICE components.
• Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for all development processes and solutions.
