Job summary
SMX seeks a Senior Business Analyst to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and configure Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) solutions. You will gather requirements, design and implement system solutions, perform testing, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and align the system with business objectives.
This role requires an active clearance and is remote with some travel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Experience with requirements gathering, testing, and solution design.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS, iProcurement, Purchasing and CLM.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with MyOracleSupport and resolving Service Requests.
Responsibilities
- Requirements analysis for Oracle EBS features and configurations.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Configure Oracle EBS modules to meet requirements and support projects.
- Create test plans, scripts, and assist in UAT.
- Provide ongoing end-user support and troubleshoot issues.
- Collaborate with business units and technical teams for integration.
- Develop training and user documentation.
