Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, IT Business Analysis / Oracle EBS Functional Analyst (HCM & OTL) to bridge IT and business in Finance, HR and OTL. The role supports Oracle EBS production footprint and drives enhancements and efficiency across multiple sites.

Location options include Sacramento or Canoga Park, with responsibilities spanning requirements, design, build, testing, training, and system support for Oracle ERP and potential SAP interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; 6+ years of relevant Experience; graduate degree with 4+ years preferred, or 10+ years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Oracle ERP in Finance, HR, Time and Labor.
• Experience with EBS Oracle Applications.
• Business experience with Finance, HR, Time and Labor, Enterprise Asset Management, Procurement and iSupplier.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional/technical expertise for Oracle ERP and HR-related processes.
• Serve as interface between IT development and the business for Oracle EBS enhancements.
• Analyze and design solutions, support system upgrades, and manage issue resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align system solutions with changing business requirements.
