Job summary

Significance, Inc. seeks a Database Administrator Master to support a federal program, primarily remote with occasional onsite in Washington, DC. You will be the senior authority for the Oracle E-Business Suite database tier, ensuring availability, performance, patch currency, and security across all environments.

Responsibilities include backups/restores, security hardening, and supporting interfaces with federal systems. Public Trust eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite Application Experience.
• Administer the full landscape from Development to Production under an Instance Management Plan.
• Backups, restores, and instance overlay across environments.
• Tune and monitor performance; manage tablespaces; ensure data integrity.
• Patch management and quarterly Patch Set Updates; security hardening.

Responsibilities

• Keep the NCFMS database tier available, fast, and audit-defensible across environments.
• Support nightly batch processing and year-end close; ensure contract uptime requirements.
• Provide database-side support to interfaces (AMS, Go.Gov, FPDS-NG, SAM, NFC, etc.).
• Prepare and present updates to the Final Release Plan and Deployment Plan.
