Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ semester hours in CS/IS or related and 7 years IT experience, including 2 years as Oracle DBA and 2 as Senior Oracle DBA.
• 2+ years as a Senior Oracle DBA with the Office of State Courts Administrator.
• Additional experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Trains, supervises, mentors, evaluates and motivates assigned staff.
• Determines and defines work assignments for OSCA IT staff and systems operations.
• Directs feasibility studies and recommends IT solutions; manages project implementation.
