Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 21 semester credits in CS, IT or related field.
• Two years of professional IT experience equivalent to IT Infrastructure or Programmer/Analyst P11.
• Alternative education paths accepted with corresponding experience.

Responsibilities

• Support MSP databases for application dev teams and SaaS efforts.
• Install, configure, upgrade database software and ensure patches.
• Perform backups/restores and optimize performance; aid incident responses.
• Ensure database security and integrity per DTMB policies and standards.
• Coordinate go-live activities for production databases.
