Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC in Annapolis Junction, MD, seeks a Senior Database Engineer proficient in Oracle, Linux, and Mongo. The role focuses on database design, development, and storage strategies within secure, high-demand environments.

Applicants must have a Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance, and a strong track record with Oracle tools, Linux commands, and scripting. This is a senior, technically hands-on position in a growth-oriented company.

Qualifications

Ten (10) years experience as a DBE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
Five (5) years of DBE experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree.
DoD 8570.01-M information assurance compliance with IAT II is required.
Experience with Oracle patching and database provisioning.
Mongo experience is desired.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for database design, development, implementation, storage and retrieval.
Develop relational and/or object-oriented databases and related parser/loader software.
Translate requirements into usable database structures and queries; optimize data flows for cloud architectures.
