Job summary
Momentum Engineering is looking for a Database Engineer/Oracle Database Administrator in Annapolis Junction, Maryland. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in database administration, particularly with Oracle and NoSQL databases, along with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance. A commitment to best practices in a fast-paced environment is essential.
The role includes supporting database design and performance tuning, as well as developing database structures to fit project requirements. Benefits include 11 paid holidays and a minimum of 3 weeks PTO.
Qualifications
- Must have active Top Secret/SCI clearance with NSA Full Scope Polygraph.
- 10 years of high-level, in-depth, dedicated database experience.
- Understanding of relational and non-relational/NoSQL databases.
Responsibilities
- Support database design, development and implementation.
- Assist in developing databases and analysis activities.
- Translate requirements into usable database schemas.
