Job summary

Radiant Digital in the United States seeks an experienced database administrator to manage DB2 for z/OS, SQL Server, and Oracle platforms, with 12 years combined experience. You will perform daily operational DB activities, monitor performance, tune systems, develop and maintain procedures, and conduct SQL code reviews while mentoring other technical staff.

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of DB2 for z/OS, performance management and DB administration.
Experience upgrading DB2 for z/OS and maintaining catalogs.
Strong expertise in Oracle and MSSQL administration and integration.
Familiarity with z/OS tools and monitoring utilities.
Ability to lead reviews and mentor junior staff.

Responsibilities

Daily operational and database administration activities.
Conduct database performance monitoring and tuning.
Develop and maintain database administration procedures and documentation.
Perform SQL code reviews.
Assist with training/mentoring other technical staff.
This resource may also be required to perform other database or infrastructure activities as requested.
