Job summary

IBM Consulting UK is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Supply Chain Manufacturing implementations and client engagements across public and private sectors. You will steer requirement analysis, solution design and deployment, collaborating with on-site and off-shore teams to deliver value.

This role emphasizes leadership, pre-sales involvement, and building Supply Chain offerings while maintaining strong client relationships across global delivery centers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of functional experience delivering Oracle SCM applications.
• Multiple full Oracle Cloud Implementations cycles.
• Experience leading streams of work and managing small teams on- and offshore.
• Experience in Solution Design, Requirements Analysis, Functional Design, Configuration Documentation, Troubleshooting and Integration Architecture.
• Experience working with technical teams for Interface design, development and testing.
• Ability to travel to client sites.
• Strong client facing, communication and client management skills.
• Good understanding of Application Implementation methodologies.
• Functional SCM knowledge: Manufacturing, Product Data Hub, Inventory, Cost, Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the consulting lifecycle for client projects.
• Guide project teams to develop, configure and deploy the solution.
• Contribute to proposal development and pre-sales activities.
• Help build Supply Chain capabilities and offerings for clients.
