Job summary

Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Staff Oracle Cloud Order-to-Cash (OTC) Solution Lead to drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations for M&A initiatives in the United States. This hands-on role oversees the full lifecycle from due diligence through production stabilization, collaborating with Finance, Tax, Revenue Operations, Corporate Development, Treasury, and acquired business stakeholders.

Focus areas include OTC ownership (AR, Billing, Receivables, Integration with Zuora and ERP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
• Minimum three full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations with ownership from Discovery through Hypercare.
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle Fusion Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, and Customer Data Management.
• Experience implementing or supporting integrations between Oracle Cloud ERP and Zuora Billing Platform.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing, invoice generation, receivables accounting, customer lifecycle management, cash application, collections, and financial reconciliation.
• Deep functional expertise across Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes.
• Proven experience implementing Oracle Cloud as part of mergers, acquisitions, ERP carve-outs, or enterprise transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional owner for Oracle Cloud OTC implementations supporting M&A initiatives.
• Independently lead the complete Oracle Cloud implementation lifecycle from discovery through production deployment and go-live support.
• Lead onboarding of newly acquired businesses into the Zuora-to-Oracle receivables ecosystem, ensuring accurate data integration.
• Standardize invoicing, billing, collections, and cash application across acquired entities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure Day 1 readiness and smooth production cutover.
