Job summary

Trident Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud OTC Implementation Lead to guide end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC projects for our client. • Global/multi-region, multi-BU, multi-currency, or multi-legal-entity Oracle implementations.
• Hands-on Oracle Fusion OTC across OTC/AR, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue, and Customer Data.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC implementations from discovery to go-live and hypercare.
• Own functional implementation across AR, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue, and Customer Data.
• Lead M&A integration activities including customer onboarding, master migration, and onboarding of entities.
• Design and validate integrations between Oracle Cloud, Zuora, CRM, payment providers, tax engines, and enterprise apps.
• Lead SIT, UAT, mock cutover, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Create functional designs, configuration workbooks, process flows, and test documentation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Staff Oracle Cloud OTC Implementation Lead to lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations supporting M&A, acquisitions, ERP integrations, and carve-outs.

This is a hands‑on individual contributor role requiring the ability to independently manage implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud OTC implementations from discovery, fit-gap, and design through configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Own functional implementation across Accounts Receivable, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Customer Data Management, Cash Application, and Collections.
• Lead M&A integration activities, including customer onboarding, customer master migration, open AR, invoice/receipt/revenue migration, and legal entity onboarding.
• Design and validate integrations between Oracle Cloud, Zuora, CRM, payment providers, tax engines, and enterprise applications.
• Lead SIT, UAT, mock cutover, production deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Revenue Operations, Tax, Engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Create functional designs, configuration workbooks, process flows, and test documentation.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience; 8+ years may be considered for exceptional candidates.
• At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementations from discovery through hypercare.
• Strong hands‑on Oracle Fusion experience across OTC / AR, Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Revenue, and Customer Data.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud + Zuora Billing integrations.
• Strong OTC expertise covering billing, invoicing, receivables, collections, cash application, revenue recognition, and reconciliation.
• Proven M&A, acquisition, ERP carve‑out, or enterprise integration experience.
• Experience with data conversion/migration, customer onboarding, open AR, invoice/revenue migration, and legal entity onboarding.
• Experience with global/multi-region, multi‑BU, multi‑currency, or multi‑legal‑entity Oracle implementations.
• Strong ability to work independently and lead complex implementations with minimal support.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, payment gateways, or tax engines.
• Experience with large‑scale enterprise transformation or high‑growth technology environments.
