Job summary

QXO seeks a technically seasoned Oracle Cloud lead to own Fusion ERP integrations and drive end-to-end delivery across ERP, OTM, and OIC. You will shape architecture, build scalable integrations, and enforce technical standards in a fast-changing environment.

With 7+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and 5+ years in OIC, you will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver robust solutions and accelerate integrations for acquired companies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP technical experience.
• 5+ years Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules (Order, Inventory, etc.).
• Experience with BI Publisher and OTBI reporting.
• Strong SQL and handling large datasets.
• Experience with data conversion, migration and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration architecture and delivery.
• Design, build, and deploy Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations.
• Define standards, governance, and performance improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with SCM, Finance, IT.
• Troubleshoot and optimize data flows and reporting.
• Lead onboarding of acquired companies into Oracle Cloud.
