Jobgether SRL is seeking a senior Oracle HCM specialist to provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting modules. You will manage incidents, coordinate troubleshooting with Oracle Support, and drive improvements across global deployments.

The role emphasizes documenting configurations, developing specs, and collaborating with partners to deliver quarterly releases and strong user adoption. Fully remote opportunities and cross-functional teamwork are a focus.

Qualificações

• 7+ years hands-on experience in Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, or support.
• Strong practical knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM, Payroll, Time & Absence, and Recruiting.
• Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL, reporting tools, and shell scripting.
• Solid SQL skills and understanding of Oracle HCM databases and data structures.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM reporting tools (BI Publisher, OTBI).
• Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HDL/Extracts is a plus.
• Experience implementing HCM/Payroll/Time & Absence/Recruiting Cloud in a global environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Oracle Cloud HCM applications including HCM, Payroll, and Recruiting modules.
• Resolve incidents and tickets with enhancements, defects, and fixes.
• Coordinate technical troubleshooting with Oracle Support and technical teams.
• Strengthen incident management with root-cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Support quarterly releases and coordinate regression testing and UAT.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs and improvements.
• Develop functional and technical specifications for implementations.
• Maintain configuration changes and system documentation for governance.
• Support user training and adoption with materials and guidance.
• Collaborate with external implementation and managed services partners.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities.
• Support integrations and reporting, ensuring accurate business information.
