Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant to drive end-to-end implementations for mid-large scale clients from Charlotte, NC. You will design, configure, and optimize Core HR, Talent Management, and Workforce Compensation within Fusion HCM.

You will lead requirements gathering with stakeholders, build scalable solutions, and provide training and testing support. This role requires strong communication and project management skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM core HR setups and Talent Management, Learning, Absence, and Compensation modules.
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Compensation and Salary Basis, Grade, and Grade Rates.
• Hands-on Oracle HCM configuration, data loads, and testing across mid-large scale deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM implementations and design process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate to solutions.
• Report to IT Director from Charlotte, NC on a Hybrid work schedule.
