Ledgent Technology is seeking a Sr Oracle Cloud HCM Analyst for an onsite, direct-hire role in San Dimas, CA. The position pays $120,000 to $147,000 annually, with an additional annual bonus based on performance.

The candidate will configure, administer, and optimize multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, and Analytics, while developing complex reports and dashboards. Strong SQL and Oracle Fast Formula skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and related modules
• Proficiency with SQL and Oracle Fast Formula development
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business teams

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and optimize multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules for HR processes and enterprise systems
• Develop complex reports and dashboards using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI
• Partner with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements
• Troubleshoot production issues, support upgrades, and drive system improvements
