Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Oracle Services to lead delivery, translate business requirements into technical specs, and ensure solutions meet client needs. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver architecture for complex programs.

You will manage engagements, mentor teams, and drive pursuit activities while balancing budgets and resources in a hybrid, client-facing role across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of Oracle finance module experience as a solution architect or lead.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end and integration with SCM, HCM, and EPM.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Lead and support pursuit and proposal activities.
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
