Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex Oracle technology initiatives for diverse clients in a national capacity. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate across business and technical teams, and ensure architecture solutions meet client needs.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, solution design, and delivering high-quality engagements while operating within a hybrid work environment and a broad US geographic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of Oracle finance module experience as a solution architect/engagement leader.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end processes and integrations.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal/external teams as a leader and contributor.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; SaaS implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Support pursuit and proposal activity.
• Oversee program/product management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
