Job summary
CoStar Group, Inc. seeks a Lead Business Systems Analyst to support Oracle Cloud ERP across accounting, finance, procurement, and billing for its Arlington, VA headquarters.
This in-office role focuses on modernizing global billing, AR, and collections by migrating contracts to Oracle Cloud ERP processes. You will configure core modules (Receivables, Bill Management, Revenue, Payments, Cash Management, Fusion Tax) and lead minor system enhancements, data migrations, and SOX compliance activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
- 8+ years of professional IT experience.
- 5+ years with Oracle Cloud ERP (Receivables, Advanced Collections, Revenue, Cash Management).
- Experience with Visio process mapping.
- Strong business analysis and requirements documentation.
Responsibilities
- Document and analyze current-state financial processes across systems.
- Translate improvements into functional requirements.
- Lead analysis efforts for system implementations and enhancements.
- Configure Oracle Cloud security roles and access governance.
- Support data migrations and integrations with internal/external systems.
