Job summary

City of Knoxville seeks an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM analyst to work with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business owners on process improvements and configurations.

You will conduct deep functional and technical analyses, manage security and approvals, and support data loads, integrations, and reporting through OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL queries against ERP/HCM tables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, information systems, computer science or a related field from a CHEA accredited college or university.
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience as an Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) functional or technical analyst, applications programmer, or systems analyst, including experience in SQL-based reporting and database querying. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is a plus.
• Nine (9) years of progressively responsible work experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials) systems analysis, configuration, implementation, or support of a major complex computer system. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develops a close working relationship with HR, Payroll, Finance, and other business owners to address ERP/HCM process enhancements.
• Performs extensive functional and technical analysis of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM processes and data structures.
• Configures and maintains role-based security, data security, and approval workflows in Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM.
• Supports data loads, integrations, and conversions using FBDI, HDL, HCM Extracts, and REST/SOAP services.
• Builds and maintains OTBI, BI Publisher reports, and SQL data extracts for reporting needs.
