Job summary

Alithya seeks an Oracle Cloud ERP Financials Principal Consultant in Austin, TX (Remote). You will lead design, implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions across GL/AR/AP/PPM/AHCS, working with global business users to map requirements and ensure delivery per design.

You will drive workshops, PoCs, and testing, guiding finance processes, integrations, and configuration. A senior, client-facing role requiring strong communication and stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• 8+ years of Oracle Cloud Financials experience.
• Experience in at least 5 Oracle ERP Cloud implementations as a Functional Consultant.
• Experience facilitating Business Process Workshops, PoC sessions, Conference Room Pilots, SIT and UAT.
• Experience mapping business requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality (GL/AR/AP/Lease Accounting/Expenses/FA/CM/PPM/AHCS).
• Experience integrating ERP with other applications and driving testing.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and ERP finance processes.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication; able to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Finance solutions.
• Leverage expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials, PPM, and AHCS to align with business requirements.
• Provide techno-functional guidance across ERP Financial modules and integrations.
• Identify gaps, propose options, and ensure alignment with objectives and SLAs.
• Capture and map Finance requirements to Oracle Cloud functionality; identify gaps.
• Ensure traceability, design accuracy, and proper configuration.
• Configure Oracle Cloud ERP per approved designs and best practices.
• Facilitate functional design sessions with global business users.
• Consolidate input from design sessions into system design.
• Develop and execute test cases; support testing and resolve issues.
• Align policies with Cloud ERP processes in implementation.
• Support project execution and proactively manage issues to closure.
