Job summary

Apps Associates seeks a Senior Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementations for North America. You will define solutions, guide global design workshops, and mentor teams across multiple projects.

You will manage end-to-end delivery, ensure robust financial architectures, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet client objectives while maintaining project scope and timelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, CM, Assets, Financial Reporting) and Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud technologies and end-to-end financial system design.
• Strong consulting background with global implementation leadership.
• Deep understanding of financial processes and industry requirements.
• Leadership to guide cross-functional teams and mentor others.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Financials (GL, AR, AP, FA, CE) across 5+ projects.
• Experience collaborating with HCM, SCM, and PPM leads for integration.
• Client management including engagement with C-level and offshore/onshore resources.

Responsibilities

• Own Oracle Cloud Financials solution definition and delivery.
• Engage with clients to translate requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.
• Craft financial system architectures using Oracle Cloud Financials apps.
• Lead design workshops and presentations to showcase capabilities.
• Direct implementation projects across requirements gathering, design, prototyping, and testing.
• Develop as-is and to-be processes using Oracle best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a complete accounting solution.
• Maintain documentation: requirements, GAP analysis, data conversion, data integration.
