Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in project management with 3+ years in Oracle Cloud ERP, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to steer large, multi‑disciplinary initiatives to successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA or master's preferred.
• 5–10 years in project management with 3+ years managing Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials, Procurement, or SCM.

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure within set scope, time, and budget.
• Develop and execute project plans, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Manage risks, actions, issues, decisions, and drive completion with the team.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and provide progress updates.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Monitor budgets using project tracking tools and control expenditures.
