Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst / Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, with a primary focus on Planning/EPBCS. The role also covers FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting, requiring strong hands-on EPM administration, development, and business analysis skills.

Ideal candidates will have experience with Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, REST APIs, data integration, and production support to maintain reliable planning cycles

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or closely related discipline.
Significant experience with Oracle Cloud EPM, especially Planning/EPBCS.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and close processes.

Responsibilities

Administer and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning/EPBCS.
Develop automation, data maps, and business rules; manage security and metadata.
Support planning cycles, troubleshoot issues, ensure data accuracy across systems.
Document requirements and provide functional/technical design artifacts.
Mentor team members and promote best practices for EPM administration.
