Job summary

Highmark Health, a national blended health organization, is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, with a focus on Planning/EPBCS. The role requires hands-on administration, development, and finance process knowledge across FCCS, ARCS, EDM, and related tools.

The candidate should have strong Groovy scripting, data movement, and REST API skills, plus experience with EPM Automate, Smart View, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products (PBCS, FCC, ARCS).
• 5 years of design, build or implement experience in technical solutions or accounting/finance.
• Health care or health insurance industry experience preferred.
• Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Planning/EPBCS including administration, forms, dashboards, data security and planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM, focusing on Planning/EPBCS; support configurations, security, rules, integrations, and production tasks.
• Document requirements, propose improvements, and develop automation to increase efficiency across Finance and IT teams.
