Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, with a primary emphasis on Planning/EPBCS and related tools. The role requires hands-on EPM administration, development, finance process knowledge, and strong collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT teams.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications (PBCS, FCCS, ARCS) and strong technical skills in Groovy scripting,

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), Financial Consolidations and Close (FCC) or Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS).
• 5 years of experience in designing, building or implementing technical solutions OR accounting, finance, business analyst experience
• Significant experience supporting Oracle Cloud EPM applications required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with a primary emphasis on Planning/EPBCS, including security, metadata, and reporting.
• Gather requirements, prepare functional/technical documentation, and develop automation to improve efficiency and support change management.
