Job summary

Highmark Health seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst/Administrator to support and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform, with primary emphasis on Planning/EPBCS and related EPM applications. You will apply hands-on administration, develop automation, and assist in planning/forecast cycles while partnering with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

The role requires strong technical skills (Groovy scripting, EPM Automate, REST APIs, Data Integration) and a finance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or FCCS/ARCS.
• 5+ years designing, building or implementing technical solutions or accounting/finance experience.
• Large-scale enterprise EPM experience with Oracle EPM Cloud is preferred.
• Direct experience with Oracle Cloud Planning / EPBCS including administration, forms, dashboards, data maps and security.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Tax and IT; able to translate business needs into scalable EPM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM apps with focus on Planning/EPBCS.
• Support configurations, metadata, security, business rules, integrations, and reporting.
• Assist planning/forecast cycles, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Document requirements, develop automation, and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide SME guidance across project and production activities; ensure compliance with standards.
