Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a Senior Oracle Cloud EPM Analyst / Administrator to support, administer, and enhance its Oracle Cloud EPM platform with a primary emphasis on Planning/EPBCS. You will also engage with FCCS, ARCS, EDM, Smart View, Narrative Reporting, and related EPM capabilities, translating business needs into scalable solutions.

The role requires hands-on EPM administration, technical development, finance process knowledge, and collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and IT

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with EPM products, preferably Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS), FCC or ARCS.
• 5 years of experience designing, building or implementing technical solutions OR accounting, finance, business analyst experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle EPM development, administration, or production support experience with direct EPBCS focus is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and enhance Oracle Cloud EPM applications with emphasis on Planning/EPBCS.
• Gather requirements, prepare documentation, and develop automation to improve efficiency.
• Support production jobs, monitor integrations, and ensure data accuracy across source/target systems.
